About Dr. Thoms

Dr. Lisa Thoms has dedicated her career to learning all there is to know about teeth and ways to improve their health and appearance.

In 1989, she graduated with honors from USC's School of Dentistry. After graduation, she practiced in Southern California and was appointed to the faculty at USC, and she was appointed to faculty at University of Washington in the Graduate Prosthodontics department.

In 1990, Dr. Thoms was one of three dentists accepted into the University of Washington's nationally accredited Prosthodontics program, where she received a Certificate in Prosthodontics and a Masters of Science in Dentistry (MSD). Her thesis involved advanced research in cosmetic dentistry and was published in the International Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.

She began her private practice in 1993 and has developed close working relationships with many general dentists and specialists in the area.
